Key Details of the Nilma North Shed Project

Shed 1 – Outbuilding (11 m × 9 m)

This shed was designed as an accessory outbuilding. We assessed site constraints, prepared the permit documentation, and carried out 2 mandatory inspections, pad footing and framework, before issuing the final certificate.

Shed 2 – Farm Shed (12 m × 12 m)

This larger structure served agricultural purposes. We managed the same inspection sequence (pad footings and framework), ensured structural compliance, and facilitated the final sign‑off with no outstanding issues.
